Investment Criteria

  • Deal size: from $1,000,000 up to $50,000,000
  • Geographically: New Jersey, New York, Eastern Pennsylvania and other select U.S. Markets with improving fundamentals and existing relationships
  • Typically transactions are closed on an all-cash basis with financing post-closing
  • Holding period and risk adjusted returns flexibly evaluated on a transaction basis
